FILE: The Utah Highway Patrol is helping to investigate claims by witnesses that someone on a Harley Davidson motorcycle had shot at a silver passenger car on NB I-15 on Monday. (Utah Highway Patrol) LAYTON, Utah — The Utah State Bureau of Investigation and the Utah Highway Patrol are investigating after witnesses reported a possible road rage situation involving a black Harley Davidson motorcycle. According to UHP Sgt. Cam Roden, witnesses said the motorcycle was traveling northbound on I-15 in the area of the Layton Hills Mall when one of the people on the motorcycle shot multiple rounds from a firearm at a silver passenger car.
